Many teens may not fully understand what constitutes a healthy or unhealthy relationship. This workshop is designed to help teens and young adults understand the key elements of healthy relationships and recognize the signs of dating violence. Learn about boundaries, communication, respect and how to recognize warning signs of abuse.
By raising awareness about teen dating violence (TDV), workshops can provide knowledge on what abusive behaviors look like (physical, emotional, psychological), helping teens avoid toxic relationships. Through engaging discussions, real-life scenarios, and skill-building activities, participants will learn about communication, respect, boundaries, and consent. The workshop provides valuable tools to identify unhealthy behaviors and offers resources for support and safety. Our goal is to empower teens with the knowledge and confidence to build strong, respectful relationships while fostering a community of awareness and support. Snacks will be provided.
