Join us for the Manga Mania Book Club, a casual book club for fans of manga. Manga are Japanese comics, mostly written for a young adult audience, but manga exists for all ages and encompass a multitude of genres including drama, scifi, fantasy, romance, horror, and more. Whether you've read one chapter or 100 volumes, we can't wait to have you join the fun!

On the first Wednesday night of each month, we gather to discuss the manga we’ve been reading lately. Each month features a unique theme to drive the discussion. 

February's theme is "Heartbreaking" meaning manga that tug on your heart strings or have destroyed you emotionally.

The Greensboro Public Library has a large collection of manga, so please drop by any branch or use our online catalog to find the right manga for you.

This program is for adults. Teens are welcome to join with parental permission.
