In celebration of Dr. Seuss’ Birthday, and many other wonderful children’s authors, Central Library will host a festival including crafts, games, and a performance by the students of Morehead Elementary Expressive Arts Magnet School. Build a Turtle Tower and fish at McElligot's Pool. Special Guest Children's Author Darren Farrell will read one of his books, Mr. Pete will perform some songs, and we'll have cake!
