Altonya Washington returns with a presentation on her new novel Zepha’s Place. Altonya is the author of more than 100 romance novels. She currently works in the library at Winston-Salem State University. Her new novel is a departure from romance as she enters the historical fiction genre. It is the story of Zepha Dodge, an entrepreneur at a time when Black women could not claim such an accomplishment. Books will be available for purchase.
