Poetry + Mindful Meditation

In celebration of Poetry Month, Benjamin Branch will combine poetry with mindful meditation and writing.  Studies show that mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, which can free the mind from worry and encourage creative thinking.  Please join us for a calming night of poetry and meditation led by Debra Kaufman.  This workshop is appropriate for writers in any genre and at all levels of writing.
