We are setting off on a journey to South Africa, homeland of Trevor Noah. UNCG faculty and students in African American and African Diaspora Studies will guide us as we explore the country and its culture through games, conversation, and virtual reality-enhanced activities. Excerpts from Noah's memoir, Born a Crime, will be read aloud to enrich the atmosphere of the event.
