Hey, Teens and Tweens! Imagine making this summer a season of self-care. When you practice self-care, you act to promote your mental, emotional or physical health. Recycle a jar or bottle into a tool for mindfulness, a way of being in the moment, letting go of past concerns and future worries. With a couple of kitchen items and glitter, you’ll be on your way.
