The "Ready Readers" program is a monthly event for young readers that highlights popular book series that children love.

Each event includes selections read aloud by the librarian from favorite easy reader or early chapter books, followed by a craft or activity and book recommendations.

This program is recommended for ages 5-8, but all ages are welcome.

This month we are reading books about starting kindergarten and making a "countdown to kindergarten" craft.
