The Greensboro Public Library provides access to a variety of spaces including large conference rooms, multipurpose spaces and study rooms. Please contact your preferred location directly to reserve a room 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Meeting rooms and study spaces are open to not-for-profit groups and members of the public when they are not in use for library programs. All meetings must be open to the public and cannot be used for soliciting or conducting business, worship services or for political purposes. Some spaces require a fee but most are available at no cost. Please fill out the Meeting Room Contract in advance. You may also pick one up at the library.
