Tannenbaum-Sternberger Room The Tannenbaum-Sternberger Room can be divided to accommodate very small to medium sized groups. The "A" side of the Tannenbaum-Sternberger room can seat up to 12 people boardroom style and is well-suited for small meetings.

The "B" side at 19 feet by 25 feet can seat up to 18 people boardroom style and 40 people theatre style. When both sides of the room are used, it can accommodate up to 28 boardroom style or 60 theatre style and is ideal for workshops, corporate meetings, and small receptions. Nussbaum Room
The Nussbaum Room offers a generous space to accommodate large groups for most any type of meeting situation. The 30-foot by 48-foot room can seat up to 110 people theatre style and more than 200 standing. The room has a lectern with microphones. Smartboard available for use.

The space also features a reception lobby outside the room convenient for disseminating event material and greeting participants. The Gallery
space leading from the entrance to the Nussbaum Room can also be
used as a display area as well as a pre-function area.

Central Library Computer Lab
The computer lab consists of 12 computers with an instruction monitor at each station where students can view as the instructor presents training steps. All computers have Internet access.

The Accessibility Resources Room

The Accessibility Resources Room provides access to a variety of assistive technology and is available to those who may need the resources.

Videophone

The videophone allows people who use American Sign Language to place phone calls by signing instead of typing. The video interpreter uses a web cam or videophone to voice the Deaf or Speech-Disabled person's signs to the Hearing person and sign the Hearing person's words to the Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person.

Sandy Neerman Collaboration Center

This unique space is conducive to collaboration for nonprofits and other community groups. Large tables, collaborative seating, and monitors with multiple HDMI inputs allow for sharing ideas in different ways. The room comfortably seats 10-15 people.

If your group would like to reserve the room (including technology) it may be reserved for a fee.

The room is open to the public to use (excluding technology) on a first come first serve basis.

Francis and Cynthia Price Meeting Room

The room, tables and chairs are free to use. Capacity for this room is approximately 40 people using tables and chairs and 70 people using chairs, but no tables.

Multipurpose Room

A large Smartboard display is available for use in the Multipurpose room and is suitable for presentations. It can be connected to a computer or used with a flashdrive. To use this device you must schedule a training session at the library in advance of your meeting time.

The room, tables and chairs are free to use and rearrange but must be returned to their original places before the end of the reservation. Capacity for this room is approximately 40 people using tables and chairs and 80 people using chairs.

ESOL Classroom

This room is arranged in a classroom configuration and the tables and chairs in this room should not be rearranged. Capacity for this room is limited to 10 people.

Study Rooms

These two small rooms are designed to provide a quiet workspace to study, complete virtual or phone interviews or focus on individual projects. Study rooms may be reserved in advance or used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Laptops are available for use with a study room for the purposes of a video job interview, online class or other project to adults only. Laptops are equipped with webcams and video conferencing software. Customers will need to log in with their own account.

Each room includes two chairs, wall outlets to charge laptops or phones and options for overhead lighting. Capacity for these rooms is limited to 2 people.
