Join Dick Thomas, Park Supervisor for Piedmont Environmental Center, to discover the natural history of the Pantanal of Brazil. The Pantanal encompasses the world’s largest tropical wetland area with an ecosystem that is home to over 400 species of birds, more than 250 species of fishes, more than 200 species of mammals, over 100 species of reptiles and amphibians, and over 9,000 subspecies of invertebrates.
