Tannenbaum/Sternberger Room
This is the smaller room at Central Library. It can be divided into to two separate meeting rooms. 

A-Side

Theatre - 18 chairs
U-Shape - 3 tables with 6 chairs
Boardroom - 4 tables with10/12 chairs
Classroom - 4 tables with 2 chairs each (8 chairs total)
Semi-Circle - 15 chairs
Reception - 2 tables down center with 15 chairs around perimeter

B-Side

Theatre- 40 chairs with 1/2 tables at front
U-Shape - 6 tables with 15 chairs
Boardroom - 6 tables with 18 chairs
Classroom - 6 tables with 2 chairs each (12 chairs total)
Semi-Circle - 20 chairs with 1/2 tables front or back
Reception - 3 tables down center with 20 chairs around perimeter

Whole Room

Theatre - 60 chairs with 1/2 tables at front
U-Shape - 12 tables with 30 chairs
Boardroom - 10 tables with 28 chairs
Classroom - 10 tables with 2 chairs each (20 chairs total)
Semi-Circle - 20/30 chairs with 1/2 tables front or back (two semi-circles facing each other)
Reception - 4 tables down center with 30 chairs around perimeter

Nussbaum Room
This is the larger  meeting room at Central Library. 

Theatre - 110 chairs with 2/3 tables at front
U-Shape - 13 tables with 34 chairs with 2 tables at back
Boardroom - 12 tables with 30 chairs
Classroom - 15 tables with 2 chairs each (30 chairs total)
Semi-Circle - 40 chairs with 2/3 tables front or back (two semi-circles facing each other)
Reception - 4/8 tables down center with 50 chairs around perimeter
Banquet - 12 tables with 60 chairs (two rows of 6 tables with 30 chairs) + 3 or 4 tables at back
Open Square - 14 tables with 35 chairs
Trade Show - 14 tables around perimeter with 1 or 2 chairs each

Gallery

Exhibition 9 tables (3 wall side/6 window side) with 1or 2 chairs each

Supplies/Equipment Available

18 5-foot tables
166 chairs
3 flip chart stands (paper and markers are not provided)
1 overhead projector
AV Equipment (needs to be coordinated with Tommy Joseph 373-2603)

Please note:

Exits and doorways cannot be blocked and must be easily accessible.
If an unusual set up arrangement is desired, please send a drawing along with the room request.
Allow 2.5 people per table except for Classroom which is 2 people per table.
On U-Shape setups, additional chairs can be added to inside of the U.
Theatre setups require aisles down the center and on the left and right sides of arrangement.
