To access your account on our new system, please follow the steps below.

• Your username is your library card barcode. 
  Current Guilford County School students can use their Student Identification Number by entering GCS followed by the number, for example GCS123456.
• If your email address is attached to your library account, you may press Forgot username or password link and a temporary password will be sent to you.  You may also call any branch and provide your library card number. An employee will give you a temporary password. Your password is NOT your four digit PIN.
  Student account passwords will include their home address number and Wise, for example Wise1700 or 1700Wise.
• The temporary password is case sensitive. After you access your account with the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password for future use.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. It must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character @ $ % ^ * ( ) ?.  Not accepted are a space, tab, &, |, or # .
