Placing Holds 

Personal Recommendations

Personal Recommendations is a feature in Wise that generates a list of suggested titles for customers based on their checkout history.

This can be found in the Personal Recommendations tab of the My Account menu in Wise.
The customer has the option to place a hold or add an item to a wish list from this screen. Clicking the title or cover art will show the item detail view in the catalog. 

Recommendations are not emailed to you and are only accessible in this section of My Account.

In order to start receiving Personal Recommendations, you must be opted in for checkout history. You can do so in My Account Details and then selecting Set Loan History.

 New recommendations are generated at the end of each month and are based on the items borrowed from the Greensboro Public Library. The more customers who sign up for Personal Recommendations, the more recommendations everyone will receive!
