Meeting room rental rates for Central Library and the Greensboro History Museum.  

Central Library Rates
Nussbaum Room $200/two hours; $50 each additional hour
Gallery $75 per event
Tannenbaum-Sternberger Conference Rooms $50 per hour
Conference Room A: $25 per hour
Conference Room B: $35 per hour
Computer Labs (Room 208) $25 per person per day, minimum of $150 per day
Food/Beverage

$25 fee for light refreshments

$75 fee for lunch/dinner

Audio/Visual Equipment $50 per day
Piano use/tune-up fee  $150 tune-up fee per use 
Cancellation Fee  $25 if not canceled 24 hours prior to the start of the event 
Glenn McNairy Branch: Collaboration Center  $25 (2 hour minimum required); $10.00 each additional hour

HistorY Museum Rates
Entire Museum $2,500 for over 250 people; $1,250 for under 250 people
Photo Shoots $50 per hour
Lecture Hall (Day Event) $200 (two-hour usage and $50 each additional hour)

Lecture Hall (Evening Event)

$250 (two-hour usage and $50 each additional hour)

Reception Gallery              $150 per hour
Meeting Room  $100 (two-hour usage and $35 each additional hour) 
Food/Beverage 

$25 fee for light refreshments

$75 fee for lunch/dinner

Gate City Exhibit Reception  $250 (two-hour usage and $50 each additional hour)
Exhibit After Hours (5 pm to 7:00 pm) $125 per rental ($50 each additional hour)
Historic Richardson Park Rental $100 per hour
Historic Richardson Park Rental with tent
$50 per event
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package A $850 for 4 hours (1 - 50 people, plus $150 each additional hour)
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package B
$1000 for 4 hours (51 - 100 people, plus $150 each additional hour)
Inside Wedding Ceremony $150 per hour (prorated after an hour)
Projector Use $25
Food/Beverage $25 fee for light refreshments
$75 fee for lunch/dinner
