The "Ready Readers" program is a monthly event for young readers that highlights popular book series that children love. Each event includes selections read aloud by the librarian from favorite easy reader or early chapter books, followed by a craft or activity, and book recommendations.

This month we will talk about Ada Twist, Scientist and learn about other books in The Questioneers series by Andrea Beaty. Then we will “read, question, think” with activities and crafts about mirrors and optical illusions, including making your own kaleidoscope.  

This program is recommended for ages 5-8, but all ages are welcome.
