Learn situational awareness and basic self-defense from five common attacks with instructor Phillip Jones, a 3rd Degree Taekwondo Black Belt. Learn about tools (your voice, pens, pepper spray, and lights) and how they are used to protect yourself. Step out into the world safer, armed with these mental and physical techniques.
