Saturday Flick Fest: "The Garfield Movie"

  • CostFree

Garfield-Movie

Join us for the 2024 animated The Garfield Movie (rated PG). Adults and children love this pampered feline from the comic strip created by Jim Davis. The film stars Chris Pratt as the voice of Garfield, alongside the voices of Samuel L Jackson, Ving Rhames, Cecily Strong, Snoop Dogg, Bowen Yang and others. In the film, Garfield is reunited with his long-lost father, a street cat  named Vic, before being forced into joining him on a high-stakes adventure.

This is a great way to enjoy a free movie and get out for a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. Once a month we will screen a great recent or classic film. There will be popcorn and candy. The audience can also submit title suggestions for future screenings. It will be a joy, so we want to see you there.

The great Audrey Hepburn once said “Everything I learned, I learned from the movies.” Also remember Humphrey Bogart's immortal line from The Maltese Falcon that can also be applied to movies: "The stuff that dreams are made of". This is an in person only event due to screening rights. Contact Ronald Headen by email or call 336-412-6199 for more information.
