Local Montagnard teens have created original videos sharing the stories of their families and community, thanks to a grant-funded collaboration with the Historical Museum, Smithsonian Affiliates and Asian Pacific American Center. Their original work debuts in Greensboro in a free film screening.
Eighteen hand-crafted fabric panels by local educator Betty Stratford will also be on display, a one-of-a-kind project which tells the story of a former student’s journey from the Central Highlands of Viet Nam to Greensboro.
