Join us for a tribute to Walter Dean Myers, the young adult author and poet who moved and inspired many. Participants can share with us their thoughts on a favorite book or poem by the author. Myers was a mentor for many young aspiring authors, so we invite any young writers to share some of their writing or poetry with the audience. Pizza and drinks will be served courtesy of the Greensboro Public Library Foundation.
