Human relations skills are necessary leadership tools in today’s workplace. This workshop addresses interventions at the individual level to better help your staff with problems that may affect their job performance and satisfaction. Learn how to strategically respond to issues related to individual employee motivation, delegation, coaching, and conflict resolution. Learn how to listen to and give feedback to employees, clear up common myths about motivation, use the little things people typically take for granted to motivate, apply an effective five-step process for successful and mutually beneficial delegation, prepare for and conduct a coaching session, and use an eight-step approach to constructively resolve conflicts. These skills will help you develop more of a plan before leading or facilitating crucial conversations with employees.
