Over the past 15 years, Greensboro Beautiful has planted nearly 2,000 trees through The NeighborWoods Right Plant, Right Place Program in all sections of our community. This program is a partnership between Greensboro Beautiful, the City of Greensboro, the NC Cooperative Extension Service, affected property owners, and neighborhoods. This year’s event will be held in the Cone Mills Community off Summit Avenue. You may volunteer to help plant trees and Register online or by calling (336) 373-2199 to participate. You can also have a tree planted in memory or in honor of someone you know.
