Getting in touch with our body by walking, moving, feeling the ground beneath our feet, allows us to feel a sense of well-being. Join us as we explore how natural movement and being present can unleash the creativity within. Please bring a blank page journal for drawing and writing and wear comfortable shoes for walking outside. Bottled water is provided.
