Ever wonder what you could do with pill containers besides throwing them in the trash? This video shows how you can use them to make noise shakers for young children. The containers are already sturdy and “child-proof” so they are perfect to use to fill with different items that make different sounds. Shakers can be used for developing motor skills through encouraging dance and finger strength.
This video is part of a series of programs that suggest activities that parents can do with their toddlers to develop fine motor skills, creative play, and sensory awareness.
