The celebration of Las Posadas is one of the biggest Christmas traditions in Latin America, Spain and in parts of the United States. One of the key traditions of Las Posadas is sharing a meal each night. In this video, local chef George Lopez shows us how to prepare empanadas, a typical Spanish dish. 

Latin American and Spanish cookbooks and recipes will also be highlighted, as well as locally owned LatinX businesses such as "Panaderías" and "Pastelerías," bread shops and bakeries,  and other "Mercados latinos," or Latin American markets.
