Meditative Drawing for Teens

Focusing on one word of your choice, Beth, the youth services librarian at McGirt-Horton, will guide the group in creating their own mandalas. There will be plenty of time to embellish the design and make some new friends. Drawing is calming, good for the brain, and helps combat that desire to be "perfect". Use materials you have at home: pencils, markers, crayons or pens, and any kind of paper. This program is for ages 13-18.
