Join us as we welcome local author, educator, and activist Dr. Linda Beatrice Brown to discuss her non-fiction book Belles of Liberty. A graduate of Bennett College, Dr. Brown's book explores the pivotal role that Bennett students and faculty played during the 1960 Greensboro sit-ins.
