In partnership with FaithAction, the UNCG Center for New North Carolinians, and the Church World Service Greensboro, we will be hosting a series of panels about the challenges that newcomers face when they relocate to the United States. Learn about the diverse stories and experiences in our community, and share your questions with our panelists.
Session One will explore pathways for immigration and citizenship, myths vs. facts about the immigration process. We will discuss current policies and their impact on our communities, including the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic for immigrant communities and local advocacy organizations.
Each session can be attended as a stand-alone program. To attend, please visit the Greensboro Public Library Facebook page. To submit questions to our panels for possible consideration, please do so here.
