America's highways have more self-driving autonomous cars than ever...and the numbers are increasing annually. This workshop will teach students how engineers design and code sensors to detect when other cars or humans are in unsafe conditions.
The activity involves authentic engineering, building and coding of the electronics and sensor. This STEM project-based learning includes engaging, self-paced online video tutorials and easy-to-follow instructions. No prior experience is necessary! This program is for teens and tweens.
Attendance for this program is limited and registration is required. Please email Beth Lehman to to register.
