Join the McGirt-Horton Branch Library and Greensboro History Museum for a conversation on mental health for Native people. Stephen Bell and Erika Reynolds will discuss some of the barriers to mental health care and how connecting culture and food is a way of healing.
Stephen Bell is a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe and works as American Indian Education Coordinator in the Guilford County School System.
Erika Reynolds is Cherokee/Arawak/Saura and is a graduate of UNCG and currently pursuing her Masters degree in Peace and Conflict studies with a professional background in non-profit and legal worlds.
